Veal from Gastrofood cannot be compared to any other kind of meat. Our veal comes from specially selected Holstein-Frisian calves. The special way in which the calves are fed, housed and cared for ensures that their meat has a fine texture, natural taste and is very tender. A pure product of nature, which meets the highest standards, which could be imposed. Veal from Gastrofood shifts the boundaries in all directions.

- Our cuts are European standards without compromise. Shrink vacuum packing which is normally only used for export cuts is standard.
- Our frozen veal has been matured for at least 2 weeks. Whatever meat is
defrosted is tender and can be used without fear.
- All the vacuum packets are labelled and the very best hygiene standards are
applied during the whole process.
